  you could simply use "ungroup _selall" to ungroup all objects. However, If you have nested groups you will have to run it several times.
  
  There is also a rhinoscript command called RemoveObejctFromAllGroups. You could iterate through all objects and apply it to every object:

  Dim arrObjects: arrObjects = rhino.allObjects()
  Dim i
  For i = 0 to ubound(arrObjects)
    call Rhino.RemoveObjectFromAllGroups(arrObjects(i))
